The Immaculate Virgin, preserved free from all guilt of original sin, on the completion of her earthly sojourn, was taken up body and soul into heavenly glory, and exalted by the Lord as Queen of the universe, that she might be the more fully conformed to her Son, the Lord of lords (Cf. Rev. 19:16) and the conqueror of sin and death (Lumen Gentium, 59).
The Blessed Virgin Mary in the first instant of her conception, by a unique grace and privilege granted to her by Almighty God, was preserved free from all stain of original sin (Pius IX, Ineffabilis Deus).
Our Lord earnestly desires the spread of worship and devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, because this Heart is the magnet that draws souls to Him, it is the home that radiates on the earth the rays of light and the love of Our Lord, the inexhaustible source that makes the living water of his mercy sprout in the earth.
Mary is intimately associated with the redemptive work of her Son and is the mediator of all graces.
