The desire to want to go see the Virgin Mary
in Heaven with a humble and pure heart
The Blessed Virgin Mary, at the end of her earthly life, was assumed body and soul into her heavenly home. "Blessed among all women" due to her divine motherhood, but also with the special holiness of her virginal body, the Immaculate Mother, that was from the very beginning free from the taint of original sin, was also preserved free from the corruption of the tomb.

The Assumption is the ultimate blessing given to Mary that derives from her divine motherhood, but also with the special holiness of her virginal body, as Mary sang in the Magnificat: "My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour, for he has looked on his servant in her lowliness. For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed; for he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name: and his mercy is from age to age on those who fear him. He has shown strength with his arm, he has scattered the proud-hearted, he has cast down the mighty from their thrones, and lifted up the lowly; he has filled the hungry with good things, sent the rich away empty. He has helped his servant Israel, remembering his mercy, as he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his posterity for ever."

Our Father, 10 Hail Marys (meditating the mystery), and Glory be to the Father.

"O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those most in need of Thy mercy."
